The Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI), Ebonyi State, has announced its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exam dates.
The exam will take place from Monday, July 22, to Friday, August 23, 2024.

According to the Registrar, Barrister Titus Ifeanyi Igwe, applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the exam:
- Scored 150 and above in the 2024 UTME
- Made AE-FUNAI their first choice institution in their 2024 UTME application
Applicants can apply for their preferred courses across 13 faculties, except for Medicine & Surgery, Law, and Nursing Sciences, which do not offer Direct Entry admission.
Prospective applicants who did not choose AE-FUNAI as their first choice institution can still apply for PUTME, but must effect a change of institution/course to AE-FUNAI on the JAMB portal on or before Friday, August 23. This also applies to DE candidates.
Candidates applying for Medicine & Surgery, Law, and Nursing Science programmes must have obtained their O’Level results in one sitting only.
The university warns that any candidate found to have provided false information during the screening exercise or admission process will be disqualified.
Eligible candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2000 and are advised to visit the university website for registration and payment procedures.
