As he battles skin cancer and has undergone four operations, Afrobeats singer Banky W has turned to seeking God’s intervention in his situation.
The singer, now a pastor, shared his testimony on his Instagram page, aiming to encourage anyone facing challenges.

He wrote about how faith sometimes won’t prevent storms from causing havoc but will provide the strength to survive.
“Faith won’t always stop you from hurting, but it will help you heal and deal,” he expressed.
Relying on God’s words for recovery, he said confidently, “God never said the weapons wouldn’t form; He promised they wouldn’t prosper.
He never said the enemies wouldn’t come… He promised that when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of God would raise a standard against them.”
Banky W underwent his third cancer surgery in 2017, after which he revealed that he had treated a rare strain of cancer that reappeared ten years after its initial occurrence.
