Do you have a deep understanding of what makes a brand tick? Are you passionate about crafting visual identities that resonate with target audiences and drive brand success? If so, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic branding initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand brand positioning and opportunities.
Craft a compelling brand narrative and visual identity (logos, colour palettes, typography) that resonates with target audiences.
Manage the brand identity across all marketing materials (print, digital, social media).
Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content that aligns with the brand strategy.
Stay current on branding trends and best practices to ensure brand relevance.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
3+ years of experience in branding or a related field (marketing, advertising, communications).
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to develop and execute brand strategies.
Excellent understanding of brand development principles, brand storytelling, and visual communication.
Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma preferred) to create brand assets.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating cohesive brand experiences.
Bonus Points for:
Experience managing brand guidelines and style guides.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) for managing brand assets.
Experience working with brand licensing or brand partnerships.
Remuneration:
Monthly compensation ranging from N80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
