Eligibility
Only undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions can participate.
Guidelines
Entries must adhere to the following standards:
Length: Not more than 3000 words
Referencing: APA Style (6th Edition)
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size
Documentation: Typed in double line spacing, MS Word only
Plagiarism: Plagiarised content will result in disqualification.
Prizes
First Prize: N125,000 and 2 HRM books
Second Prize: N100,000 and 2 HRM books
Third Prize: N75,000 and 2 HRM books
Additionally, all winners will receive:
Access to a network of employers
Free registration as student members of CIPM (for non-members)
An all-expense paid trip to Abuja for the CIPM 2024 International Conference & Exhibitions
Submission of Entries
All entries must include the following items:
ID card from the studentโs current institution
Copy of the admission letter to the studentโs current institution
One recent passport-sized photograph
Current mobile telephone number and email address
These documents, along with the essay, must be scanned and sent as a single Microsoft Word document to essaycompetition@cipmnigeria.org.
