Job Description
1. Ensure transactions are consummated i.e ensure the sellers’ goods are of the same quality as advertised, deliver the product via our logistics firm or directly by you to the buyer, get the buyer to accept the goods.
2. Refer other CSAs and ensure due diligence is carried out by verifying respective addresses.
3. Recruit artisans (inspectors) within your area of residence.
4. In a case of Inspection of products, ensure the inspection is carried out to the letter. Inspection shall be done by an inspector (artisan).
5. Get sellers of good quality second hand and new products around your area of residence to upload their products on the platform.
The rule is the more sellers / products you have around your respective areas, the more transactions you get, the more money you make

Q. Who is The Exchange Point or XCP?
A. The Exchange Point is a company, limited by shares, engaged in the business of providing web and mobile ecommerce platforms.
Q. What product is currently available?
A. The current product scheduled to be launched in April is the NeXchange platform where buyers are sellers are expected to transact both new and pre-owned products.
Q. Who are our target market?
A. Mainly individuals (sellers) who have pre-owned (second hand) and new products /goods they wish to sell off using the NeXchange platform. Individual (buyers) who trust the platform enough to buy the goods/products uploaded by sellers
Q . What is expected of a CSA?
A . Simple:

Q . What is a CSA expected to earn?
A. There is no static fixed income. Remember, this is a side business, giving you the opportunity for an extra income while you continue with what you currently do. *However, let me show you a worst case income scenario:*
At its peak, We expect that an average income per transaction/job would be N750.
We also expect that you do an average of 10 jobs / day at the peak
That would be N750 x 10 jobs / day = N7,500 / day x 30 days = N225,000
Note: This is tax free, this doesn’t include income you will earn if you make the delivery yourself, nor does it include income earned from CSA referrals.*
โข Income from successful CSA referrals is N10,000 / a batch of 10 referrals (no limit to the number of batches of referrals as long as they meet required standards).
โข You also get to earn N5,000 / 50 artisans you successfully recruit
Q. Who can be a CSA?
A. A CSA โ CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT is the face of our business! We put a lot of responsibility on you to represent us and present our business consistently and professionally to all our clients. To do this, there are some critical qualities you must have which includes
โข Be Educated (at least school leaving certificate level)
โข Be Presentable in appearance
โข Be Well Spoken
โข Be self confident
โข Have a pleasant disposition towards others
โข Have a positive mental attitude that says โ I can do it, I can solve issues, I can help people
โข Be capable of self discipline, commitment to a task, and focus
Anyone who is capable of demonstrating these 7 skills will be a perfect CSA.
Q. What are your Working Hours?
A. It depends on you! You can be full time (MONDAY to SATURDAY from 7AM to 7PM) or Part time. You choose when you wish to work. You log in when you are ready, so that jobs can be assigned to you, and you log out when you are not available for work
Q. Where do you report for work ?
A. No Where! You wait at home (or in a suitable location in your territory) till you are alerted that an assignment has been allocated to you via the agentโs Portal. Once you accept the task, you then move to the action point, which will be communicated to you via the app. In summary, you do not report to an office for work.
However, At least once a month, you will need to attend training with me, (your coordinator) in a chosen location. I will inform you about this in the course of business
Q. What about my Phone Calls, Internet and Travel Costs โ how and when will I be paid for them?
A. A published rate will be created to cover all of these. Clearly, you will need to be strategic in how you manage your costs to maximize your income. We are helping by ensuring that you are only assigned the jobs closest to you to minimize your travel cost โ also, we will place you on a CUG which means you will get a reduced/free rate for making calls.
Q. How do you generate business in order to generate more income?
A. Be professional. Do an environmental scan of the following:
โข Small markets around your area and approach them for product uploads ( *Be the Seller’s Seller* )
โข Family and Friends around you for product uploads
โข Adverts from Sellers / Companies that wish to gain more visibility and reach of their products. Companies also include companies with service related businesses like restaurants, bars, hotels, laundry firms, etc.
Note: the more businesses you generate around your area, the more likely you are going to get jobs, the more money you make.
