Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has begun revealing the cast of her new film, ‘Finding Me.’ The film is produced through her production company, The Funke Akindele Network (FAAN).
From May 14 to May 28, 2024, she released daily reels on her Instagram page, announcing the cast.

So far, the revealed cast includes Nollywood heavyweights such as Dakore Egbuson-Akande, Shaffy Bello, Femi Adebayo, Abdulgafar Abiola (Cute Abiola), Tina Mba, Dele Odule, and Joseph Benjamin, among others.
Akindele’s intention is to assemble an array of stars that will make the film a blockbuster when it enters Nigeria’s film scene.
Although the plot and release date are still unknown, expectations are high. Additionally, Akindele will premiere ‘Everybody Loves Jenifa’ from the Jenifa Franchise in December 2024.
It’s worth noting that her film, ‘A Tribe Called Judah,’ is the highest-grossing film in the country, earning over N1.4 billion.
Despite not winning any awards at the recently held African Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA), Akindele remains the most awarded Nollywood actress at the AMVCA with five wins.
She has also produced other successful films like ‘Battle on Buka Street’ and ‘Omo Ghetto.'”
