Popular singer Oritsefemi Majemite Ekele, also known as Oritsefemi, has revealed that he accommodated numerous Nigerian female celebrities in his Lekki mansion in the past.
He also claimed to have extended his hospitality to Burna Boy. In a recent chat with Chude Jideonwo, Oritsefemi stated, “Even some female celebrities who are now trolling me on social media, I accommodated them in my mansion in Lekki back in the days, and I also accommodated Burna Boy.”
Oritsefemi boasted about his role in encouraging young musicians, including Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
“Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, and many others – I encouraged them. I’m like their godfather,” said Oritsefemi.
He claimed to have already achieved success in the music industry before others rose to prominence.
After leaving a group, Oritsefemi went solo in 2006 with the release of “Elewon” and “Flog Politician.”
He is a singer, songwriter, and performer who won the City People Music Award for Popular Song of the Year with his 2014 hit “Double Wahala.”
