Job Summary

Acquisition of B2B partners to complement the segment/sub-segment propositions and drive revenue through discounted offers and services. Manage tracking, retention, and service delivery of B2B partners

Job Description/Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

● Liaise with segment and sub-segment managers to Identify and acquire relevant B2B

partners

● Market to highlight recommendations for new partnership opportunities

● Liaise with other business directorates to identify strategic discount offerings from

existing customers

● Analyze current trends within the Banking industry and prepare competitor analysis to identify opportunities

● Create internal and external awareness for partnerships leveraging the Bank’s platforms

● Conduct bi-weekly refresher sessions with the frontline on existing partnerships via emails and the frontline chatrooms

● Coordinate the activities of the partnerships team

● Oversees the development of yearly sales plans and re-forecast

● Responsible for process design, tracking, and fulfillment of partnerships

● Conduct on-the-spot checks and mystery shopping exercises for partners

● Ensure prompt renewal of Partnership agreements

● Monthly tracking of adoption of partnership propositions

● Work with the analytics team to identify new partnership opportunities based on customer spend pattern

● Share monthly reports of partnership usage with the segments team

Key Performance Indicators

● Acquisition and retention of relevant partnerships

● Increased card spend driven by discount partnerships

● Adequate internal and external awareness of partnerships

● A seamless fulfillment process at all partner locations

● Provide training content and training session

● Identification of new partnership opportunities

Qualification

● Master’s degree and/or professional qualification will be an added advantage

● A good first degree from a reputable Educational Institution

Minimum Experience

Minimum of 4 years experience in a sales/marketing and customer relationship management role.
