Juventus has decided to keep Paul Pogba on contract despite his recent doping suspension. The midfielder has been banned from all football activities for four years following a failed doping test earlier this season. Pogba’s legal team has swiftly appealed the ruling.
Pending the appeal process, Juventus will retain Pogba’s contract.
He currently earns a minimum salary of โฌ27,000, significantly lower than his previous yearly wage of โฌ12 million. Despite the setback, there is optimism within Pogba’s camp regarding the appeal, as his lawyers have turned down a plea deal offered by the tribunal.
Do you think Juventus’ decision is good?
