The Lagos State University (LASU) Ojo, has scheduled its 27th Convocation Ceremony for May 30, lasting through June 6, 2024.
This is contained in the Space Allocation Sub-Committee Internal Memorandum, stating the ceremony brings together graduands, their friends, families and invited guests.

According to the memo, the ceremony kicks off with Convocation Press Conference scheduled for May 30 to be held at the Senate Chamber, first floor, Babatunde Raji Fashola Building.
The programme continues the same day with Convocation Sports Competition for Staff at LASU Sports Centre.
Awards of Diploma, First Degree, Post Graduate Diploma and Degree will be held Wednesday June 5 at Buba Marwa Auditorium Complex, Ojo.
The memo states further that the Convocation Lecture, Awards of Doctoral Degree (PhD) and conferment of Honorary Doctoral Degree will come up on Thursday June 6 at Buba Marwa Auditorium Complex, Ojo.
The Jumat Service, as well as Thanksgiving Service, will be held on Friday May 31 and Sunday June 2 at the University Mosque and the University Chapel of Light, Ojo respectively.
The committee requests for the usage of the University official bulletin, LASU radio, all LASU information channels (WhatsApp platform, Social Media etc) to invite the Corporate bodies, vendors and photographers to showcase and advertise their products and services at the ceremony.
