Galatasaray winger Baris Alper Yilmaz remains a strong transfer target for Liverpool. Yilmaz, who had an impressive performance with Turkey at the Euros this summer, has drawn interest from several Premier League clubs, including the Reds.
According to Fotomac, Liverpool is preparing an initial offer of £25 million for Yilmaz. However, Galatasaray is firm on their £30 million valuation for the winger.
Adding to the speculation, Yilmaz and his agent were recently spotted in London, fueling rumors of potential talks with Arsenal and Tottenham.
