Job Description
Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress of projects
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Report issues and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a project supervisor with at least 5 years’ experience in an FMCG preferably in an interior decoration company, architectural company, and visual merchandising or related field.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials.
Familiar with concrete, metal and wood work.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Drawing/Graphics skills and open to learn 3D modelling.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership and managerial skill
Trustworthy and reliable
Must have good eyes for aesthetics and details.
Experience as a building supervisor is a plus.
