In a remarkable display of skill and determination, Rainbow College’s fencing team has once again clinched the championship title in Nigeria for the third consecutive year.
The team, comprised of talented fencers including Ekike Owodiong, Dipo Femi-Adeniyi, Lekan Veracruz, Damilare Ajumobi, Chukwuweinke Ononogbu, Zaafir Olagunju, Oladimeji Busayo, Esther Okpala, Osimhe Paul-Umogbai, and Crystal Dzikwi, exemplifies the school’s commitment to nurturing future leaders in their respective fields.
Participating in the 5th annual David’s Cup, a nationwide competition for elite fencers in the cadet and junior categories, twelve Rainbow College fencers showcased their prowess recently at Children’s International School (CIS).
The competition featured formidable opponents such as Children’s International School, Greensprings, Meadow Hall, Noble House, and the American International School.
Despite the stiff competition, Rainbow College emerged victorious, defeating all rivals and solidifying its standing as the premier fencing school in Nigeria for the third consecutive year.
