First-Class Graduates
NILE first-class graduates: 50% scholarship for Master’s or PGD
Other Graduates
NILE graduates with other degrees: 20% scholarship for Master’s or PGD
Postgraduate Alumni
Returning postgraduate alumni: 20% scholarship
Sports Scholarships
Outstanding sports performance: 100% scholarship for undergraduate studies if representing NILE in their sport.
Guidelines on Scholarships
You can only use either JAMB or O-LEVEL results for the scholarships. O-LEVEL results must be WAEC or NECO. A combination of a JAMB score of 320 and 5 A’s in O-LEVEL will qualify you for a 100% scholarship. Maintain a CGPA of 3.50 to keep the scholarship. Follow NILE’s regulations to avoid losing the scholarship. Scholarships are limited and given on a first-come-first-served basis. The management may withdraw scholarships if necessary.
Discounts
Sibling Discounts
Two children: 5% discount
Three children: 10% discount
Four children: 15% discount
Five children and above: 20% discount
The discount is not automatic; it must be applied for by a biological parent. Siblings must share a common biological parent. The discount applies to each new sibling in the current semester and remains valid for the normal duration of studies.
Institutional Discounts
5 – 10 applicants: 10% discount
10 – 20 applicants: 15% discount
20 applicants and above: 20% discount
Institutional discounts are also limited and given on a first-come-first-served basis.
Important Notes
Applicants cannot combine discounts or scholarships under more than one criterion. You must apply under the option that offers the highest benefit. Discounts and scholarships are only valid at the point of entry and do not apply retrospectively. Discounts and scholarships do not cover hostel fees.
