
Unical Elects First Female Students’ Union Gov’t President
University of Calabar has produced its first Female President of the Student’s Union Government of University of Calabar.

Her name is Blessing Alims Iripa.
Blessing was elected based on her popularity and charisma.
Congratulations to Blessing, the newly elected SUG President of the university.

Nigeriaโs Youngest PhD Holder: Dr. Olaoluwa Oluwadara
Dr. Olaoluwa Oluwadara, a native of Ekiti, has earned the title of Nigeria’s youngest PhD holder. At the age of 24, he received his PhD in Mathematics from the University of Lagos, Akoka.

Dr. Oluwadara holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Bangui in the Central African Republic. Currently, he is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University in the United States. His research focuses on Quantum Ergodicity in Mathematical Physics, exploring its theoretical applications in optics, thermodynamics, and various computer science systems.
