Shehu Aliyu Shagari (25 February 1925 – 28 December 2018)
Shehu Usman Aliyu Shagari GCFR was a Nigerian politician and teacher who became the first democratically elected president of Nigeria after the transfer of power by military head of state General Olusegun Obasanjo in 1979 giving rise to the Second Nigerian Republic. He died at the age of 93.

Kokoro (25 February 1925 โ 25 January 2009)
Omoba Benjamin Aderounmu, popularly known as Kokoro, was a widely known blind minstrel from Lagos, Nigeria.
He was born into a royal family in Owo, Ondo State, and became blind when he was aged ten. He developed a unique style of singing accompanied first by a drum, and later by a tambourine.
He moved to Lagos where he became exposed to major local musicians such as Ayinde Bakare, Bobby Benson, and Victor Olaiya. He also featured regularly in Federal and local radio stations in Nigeria in the 60s.
