Job Title: Head of Corporate Communications – Investment

A top investment firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Corporate Communications to manage and enhance its communication strategies.
As the Head of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans that effectively promote the company’s brand, products, and services, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
– Manage and oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s objectives and values.
– Create and manage content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, the company website, and other digital platforms.
– Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders to promote the company’s investment products and services.
– Coordinate and manage public relations efforts, including media relations, crisis communication, and reputation management.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute communication campaigns that support the company’s marketing objectives and sales goals.
– Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all communication activities.
– Organize and manage corporate events, including press conferences, investor meetings, and industry conferences.
– Lead and mentor the corporate communications team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably within the investment or real estate industry.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences.
– Strong media relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders.
– Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
– Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.
– Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing communications team.
– High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
