We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join us as a Microsoft Certified Expert Developer.

Position Overview:

As a Microsoft Certified Expert Developer, you will play a key role in leveraging your expertise in Microsoft technologies to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions. You will architect technical solutions, and deliver innovative products that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications and solutions using Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure, and SharePoint.

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Architect scalable and secure solutions that meet performance, reliability, and security standards.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers.

Stay current with Microsoft technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.

Support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree an added advantage.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer, or equivalent certifications required.

Minimum of 4years experience in software development using Microsoft technologies, with a focus on .NET framework and related technologies.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, and SQL.

Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
