Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients, helping to manage client accounts, maintain customer satisfaction and retention, and handle various finance-related issues such as billing and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Advertising experience is a must
• Ability to manage customer satisfaction and retention
• Knowledge of finance-related concepts such as billing and invoicing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategy planning skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in customer service roles, experience in the marketing or advertising industry, and proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
