Portable, the controversial singer, has revealed that he could not attend the highly publicized wedding of Davido and Chioma, dubbed “CHIVIDO2024,” due to an alleged plot by Zlatan Ibile.
According to Portable, Davido had initially asked him to be a groomsman during their dinner meeting in Atlanta, Georgia.

However, Zlatan allegedly called Davido and poisoned his mind against Portable, leading to the revocation of his invitation.
Portable expressed his disappointment and pain during a live session on the Tony Montana Show, regretting that he missed the opportunity to be part of the prestigious wedding ceremony.
The event, which took place on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, brought together the crème de la crème of Nigeria and the international community.
Portable felt embittered that he was not part of the groomsmen who prostrated to ask for Chioma’s hand in marriage.
Davido and Chioma’s traditional wedding was grandiose, resplendent in pomp and ceremony.
