We Are Looking for a Program Manager

Currently recruiting for a Program Manager for an international NGO operating in the agriculture thematic space.

Location: Ogun State; Salary: €3,000 – €3,500 p/m.

The Programme Manager will report directly to the Regional Director. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver on the intended and agreed benefits and outcome of the programme while adhering to established timelines, budgets and quality standards. The Programme Manager will lead the Programme team to ensure high quality of programming, strong proposal designs that are in line with the NGO’s objectives and donor priorities

Minimum Qualification required 

University degree in Agricultural Business or related field. Masters preferred. 

Experience 7-10 years’ minimum experience in similar role 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

 Experience in program management, proposals and reporting writing 

● Experience with bilateral and multilateral donors 

● Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and detail orientation 

● Project Management expert 

● Knowledge of and adherence to NGO Management and code of conduct 

● Thorough knowledge of planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME) methodologies
