Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe is reportedly eager to see Zinedine Zidane take over as the club’s new manager.
According to Foot Mercato, Zidane is Ratcliffe’s top choice as he looks for a high-profile figure to lead his envisioned transformation of the team.
Zidane recently stated his readiness to return to coaching after a three-year break. During his tenure as Real Madrid’s head coach, he secured three Champions League titles and two La Liga championships.
Currently, United’s manager Erik Ten Hag has less than 18 months remaining on his contract.
