Students To Get Bursary January

Students who find it difficult to pay their School fees will have a sigh of relief as the federal government has announced that the bursary disbursement will begin in January 2024.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu who came up with this policy has announced that government will commence the disbursement of student loan to those who qualify for it.

Speaking at the Nigerian Economic Summit in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, the President said the programme is meant to ammeliorate the suffering of Nigerians and improve the welfare of our student toward attaining academic excellence.

“You have my commitment that my government will act on all its promises and summit report when it is received. Be ready to challenge me after you have crafted those recommendations,” he said.

Many Nigerian’s find it so hard to feed and transport themselves because of hike in pump price occasioned by fuel subsidy removal.
Many parents also find it difficult to pay their children’s school fees due to perennial inflation and attendant hardship in the country.
