Creative Arts Students Gear up for UNILAG-in-TOWN2 Event
As the countdown begins for UNILAG-in-TOWN2, students from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) Department of Creative Arts are preparing to showcase “Love and Colours in Depth” by Lekan Balogun. The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 9, 2024, at Terra Kulture, situated at Plot 1376, Tiamiyu Savage Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Under the supervision of Dr. Seyi Kenny, the Chairman of the UNILAG Culture and Ethics Committee, and directed by Balogun AbdulWali, the stage play will be presented in two sessions: 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
UNILAG in Town, an initiative coined by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Folasade Ogunsola, FAS, debuted on Saturday, April 29, 2023, featuring Femi Osifisan’s “Esu and the Vagabond Minstrels.”

A final year student at the Department of Special Education, University of Ibadan Rukayat Anuoluwapo Abdulsalam specializes in Audiology and Speech Pathology.
In the Audiology and Speech Pathology field, they assess, diagnose, and provide language therapy. Her introduction is to keep reminding people that she is trained to render language therapy services if need be.
