An American actress, Tia Mowry, has described Davido’s music as a source of healing, adding that the Afrobeats singer has had a deep impact on her life.
Mowry expressed this on her Instagram page, saying Davido’s song had cured her, bringing refuge and comfort during her difficult moments.
The reality television sensation, seen with Davido in a happy mood in a photo she published, stated, “Whether you know it or not, your music has been healing me,” and connected her to her roots.
Featuring on CLEO TV months of special episodes of #TiaMowrysQuickFix, she got into learning about her racial background as a child.
Mowry’s recognition as an American actress was when she starred as Tia Landry in the sitcom Sister, opposite her twin sister, Sister, Tamera Mowry.
The actress has two children, son Cree, 12, and daughter Cairo, 5 with her ex-husband Cory Hardrict.
Global recognition for Davido’s music keeps growing, as he got three Grammy nominations comprising Best Global Album for his latest album, ‘Timeless,’ Best African Performance, ‘Unavailable,’ and Best Global Music Performance, ‘Feel’ for awards that will come on February 4, 2024.
