The Nollywood actor, Tony Umez has vowed that he will institute a legal action against those who reported him dead.
He expressed this on his Instagram page saying the action infringed upon his rights, causing his loved ones distress and trauma.
He wrote that those behind his death wish, using his pictures and videos, whom he described as unscrupulous individuals, aimed at gaining traffic to their pages.

Umez wrote, ” First and foremost I want to assure you that I am very much alive and well. These false reports are nothing but baseless rumours spread by individuals with ill intentions.
