The ace comedian and actor, Adebowale “Debo” Adedayo aka Mr Macaroni has decried the oppression of youths by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Mr Macaroni wrote this on his X handle, formerly Twitter, referring to content he released on April 9, 2021, about frequent harassment of Nigerian youths by the EFCC who were barging into houses, destroying properties and intimidating the people.
He expressed that it “is sad to see that they are still in the business of oppression.”
Supporting Mr Macaroni’s tweet, David Darlington reacted, expressing that the only way they can survive is by barging into houses.
John Opeyemi wrote, “Every arm, I mean every government organisation in Nigeria has left their duties and responsibilities to run after frivolities. None of them is working.”
But Holoye@RealiticOye opined that “police would barge into houses after good intelligence…so far ain’t a criminal when they come, welcome and give them necessary cooperation.”
