The sensational Afrobeat singer and award winning song writer, Ahmed Ololade, aka Asake, is begging for fans’ vote on his X handle, former Twitter, to win MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs), thanking the organizer of the awards for nominating him.
MTV EMAs just introduced ‘Best Afrobeat’ category in its list of awards, where the like of Asake, Davido, BurnaBoy, Ayra Star and Aya Nakamura were nominated for the ‘Best Afrobeat’ category.
Also, both Asake and BurnaBoy were nominated for the ‘Best African Act’ by MTV EMAs.

The MTV EMAs 2023 is scheduled to take place at Paris Nord Villepinte in France on Nov. 5, 2023.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on MTV in more than 150 countries. They are awards presented by Paramount International Network to honour artists and music in pop culture.
