Be illimitable. Be positive. Rest assured that you can conquer and rule your world. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Don’t demean yourself. Low self-esteem pulls down. It’s a hurdle on your way, showing lack of self-respect for self. It’s a feeling of shame, a sign that you are helpless. A sign that you have given up. Don’t cave in. Never say die.
Low self-esteem shows you’ve lost hope. You might not be willing to give a try at a task because you are afraid that you will fail. This is a sign of failure; a sign that you can not win; and a sign that you don’t count for anything.
So as a student and youth, whom God created to make positive impact, walk tall and have a winning mentality. Have the mentality that you are created to be the best. You are made to rule your domain. By this you create winning strategies for yourself. Be positive all the time.
As a student and youth, you are uniquely created to make exploit. So why won’t you explore your world, having positive impact in your territory?

Low self-esteem kills dreams. It subjugates and relegates, reducing every aspect of your to the level of mediocre, second best and second class, negating the superb quality you are made of.
Don’t give in to failure; don’t be brought low. Don’t be brought down. You can be the best that God has made you to be.
HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR SELF-ESTEEM
-Identify your most common self-critical thoughts.
-Evaluate evidences for and against these thoughts, then draw up constructive alternatives.
– Adopt realistic way of thinking.
-Know that you are not as bad as you think you are.
-Build conscious effort at positive thoughts on a regular basis.
– Devise effective problem-solving skill. A counsellor will need to help you here. When you solve problem, you build new self-image.
-Always stand for your right and assert your needs.
-Develop positive self-thoughts like, ‘I can do it,’ ‘I have what it takes to pass the examination with good grades,’
