The Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) Ijebu Ode has notified candidates who applied to the institution through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry that they will sit for the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME).
This is contained in the institution’s admission requirements released for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The University also stipulated as part of its requirement that candidates who wish to gain admission into TASUED must have a minimum of 5 credits at two sittings in the Senior Secondary School Examination (SSCE) or National Examinations Council (NECO).
Besides, candidates must choose the correct JAMB subject combination for their courses, as well as score 180 in the just concluded UTME to gain admission, and such candidates must be at least 16 years old.
The University added that when obtaining the Post-UTME form, some programmes may request for additional requirements which candidates can view after selecting the programme and the entry-level on the school website.
Direct entry candidates must obtain a minimum of five credits at not more than two sittings in SSCE or General Certificate Examination (GCE) Ordinary Level.
Candidates must also pass A’ Level/IJMB in two subjects related to their courses, or record passes in related subjects at A Level/JUPEB.
Or obtain a minimum merit pass in the National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND), and other Advanced Level certificates.
Direct Entry candidates are to purchase the TASUED Direct Entry form through the University’s portal or JAMB.
