
Unilag’s Confucius Institute Commences 3-Day Celebration Starting June 19
The University of Lagos’ Confucius Institute is set to celebrate various milestones over a three-day event from Wednesday, June 19 to Friday, June 21, 2024. The festivities will kick off on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, with a flag-off ceremony for the renovation of the Confucius Institute Office Complex at 10:00 am. Thursday, June 20, 2024, will feature a Cultural Day celebration from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The celebrations will conclude on Friday, June 21, 2024, with the Dragon Boat Festival, which will be held at the Tayo Aderinokun Hall from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

LASU Students Alerted to Cholera Risk
Lagos State University (LASU) students have been cautioned about a recent cholera outbreak through a Twitter account, @lasulife. The warning emphasizes the importance of steering clear of unpurified water, undercooked, and unhygienic street food to prevent infection.
Students are also urged to maintain cleanliness in their toilets and surroundings, and to practice good hygiene to help curb the spread of the disease.

FUTA Shines at Huawei ICT Competition in China
