The Afrobeats superstar, Adedeji Adeleke aka Davido, has said that he plans to open a restaurant for Chioma, his wife.
Davido disclosed this during an interview on ‘Business Untitled,’ the American podcast, adding that he had his hands in many other businesses.

The singer expressed, “My wife is into culinary. We are trying to start a restaurant for her. But my main business is what I love – music.
Davido revealed that he once was into cryptocurrency, stating that Nigeria was big on crypto.
“Apart from this, me and my family have four power plants worth a lot of money. We distribute energy to most of Nigeria,” he said.
Recently, the Grammy Awards nominee made his preference known as he expressed he would not want every African artiste to be seen as belonging to Afrobeats alone, stating that his brand of music was Afrofusion.
He also stated that his father’s wealth did not contribute to his success in music, as he said his father’s wealth was an obstacle when he first started his career as an artist.
Davido’s journey to stardom began when he released ‘Dami Duro’, the second single from his debut album ‘Omo Baba Olowo’ in 2012.
He has released several hit songs, including ‘Fall,’ ‘IF,’ ‘Assurance’ and many others, winning numerous awards, and becoming famous worldwide.
