LASU to Inaugurate Science Laboratory Complex
Great things are happening. Before the formal inauguration of the recently completed Science Laboratory Complex at the Lagos State University, Africa’s Centre of Excellence for Innovative and Transformative STEM Education (ACEITSE) was visited by a two-man delegation from the World Bank on Friday, April 26, 2024.
The delegation, consisting of two specialists, was welcomed by Dr. Hakeem Akintoye, the Deputy Centre Leader, along with other officials of the Centre at the main campus in Ojo, Lagos.
LAUTECH Students Protest Alleged Murder
A group of students from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, staged a protest, blocking several major roads in the town. The protest was in response to the reported killing of one corp member.

The incident involved a police officer who allegedly shot and killed a corp member identified as Iyanda Damilola in Ogbomoso Local Government Area of the state last Tuesday last week.
25th Matriculation Ceremony at Babcook University
Hurray! This is to inform you if you have not heard that there is going to be a matriculation ceremony of the new intakes of Babcook University, Ilishan Remo, Ogun State.
The President/Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ademola S. Tayo on behalf of the Board of Trustees, Council and Senate is welcoming people to the 25th undergraduate matriculation.
The matriculation will take place tomorrow 30th April, 2024 by 9:00am at the Amphitheatre
