The Afrobeats superstar, Divine Ikubor aka Rema, is planning to build a music school that will be tuition-free on the African continent in an attempt to promote music.
The Grammy Awards nominee had already invested a mouth-watering sum of money on the project said to be the biggest in Nigeria and Africa.
The school will be named Rema Music Institute, and it is tuition-free because the Afrobeats star is poised to help those who have an interest in music.
Rema came to the limelight in 2019 after releasing his hit song ‘Dumebi’ the same year he signed with D’Prince’s record label, Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records owned by Don Jazzy.

In 2020, the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) included his songs on the FIFA 21 soundtracks.
Rema, in 2021, was unveiled as a Brand Ambassador for Pepsi alongside Ayra Starr, his record label mate.
A singer, songwriter, and rapper, he has released one album, thirty singles, and 14 music videos.
