Three exceptional students from St. Anthony Junior Secondary School in Ilorin, Kwara State, have received cash awards from Quick Access Macro and Micro Limited in recognition of their academic achievements. Each of the students, who excelled in Mathematics, Business Studies, and Basic Science Technology, was presented with a N100,000 cash prize to motivate continued excellence.
During the event, Mr. Yinka Bolatito Ojo, the CEO of Quick Access, conveyed the company’s commitment to promoting education by encouraging outstanding academic performance. Represented by the Chief Operating Officer, Mrs Adeola Bolanle Ojo, he emphasized the importance of individuals and corporate organizations collaborating with the government to address challenges in the education sector.
Mrs Ojo shared that the company’s CEO, who once benefited from a scholarship, recognizes the impact it had on his education and is now aiming to give back to the community. She highlighted Quick Access’s dedication to laying a solid foundation for children, ensuring they thrive and excel in life.
Expressing gratitude for the recognition, the Education Secretary of Ilorin East Local Government Area, Comrade Abdulrauf Asude, commended Governor Abdulrazaq Abdulrahman for his commitment to education. He urged private individuals to emulate Quick Access by sponsoring the education of financially challenged children.
Mrs. Olarewaju Comfort Tayo, the Principal of St. Anthony Secondary School, thanked Quick Access for selecting her school for this commendable initiative. She pledged to continue providing the best education for the students.
