A global educational organization ranking, Study Abroad Aide, has listed the Federal University Oye Ekiti as one of the world’s Best Value Universities.This is contained in a letter written by a Study Abroad Aide to FUOYE entitled “Global recognition: Federal University of Oye Ekiti Impresses in the Latest Best Value University Ranking! Study Abroad Aide Rankings.”The ranking organization revealed that in its assessment of 8,060 public educational institutions in 69 countries of the world for its 2023-2024 Best Value Rankings, FUOYE was recognized as one of the 100 Best Value Universities in Nigeria as well as placed among the Top 64 per cent Best Value University World Rankings.According to Roxanne Naguinlin, the University database Lead at Study Abroad Aide, the distinctions above are only given to the Top 100 institutions in the country. “Thus this greatly signifies the excellence and value your institution brings to the international students,” said Naguinlin.The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Abayomi Fashina, while responding, said the feat was a highly welcome development which has attested to the high level of hard work, diligence, dedication and commitment that his administration and all members of staff and students have put into raising the bar in the University.Study Abroad Aide is the most comprehensive database of universities in the world that had 1.6 million visitors in 2022.
