Even ahead of her first degree qualification, Queen Ashaolu Ayanfeoluwa, a 19-year-old undergraduate of Landmark University has passed the qualifying examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
Organized by The Landmark Professional Accountancy Centre (L-PAC), Ayanfeoluwa, a student of Economics Department, began sitting for ICAN examination right from her first year in the University, clearing each stage at one go.
Besides this feat, Ayanfeoluwa is also on the first class division in her department which she has continued to maintain to date.
Showing her gratitude, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Charity Aremu, at the Chapel of Service, invited Ayanfeoluwa to the podium, heaping encomium on her to celebrate the envisable accomplishment.
Also, Ayanfeoluwa recently secured an impressive fifth position out of 256 participants in the National Annual Tax Quiz 2023 organized by the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
The Coordinator of L-PAC and Dean of the College of Business and Social Sciences, Professor Ben-Caleb Egbide, said Ayanfeoluwa’s performance has validated the vision of L-PAC as the professional arm of the Department of Accounting and Finance as well as other related discipline such as Economics and Business Administration of the institution.
