The University of Abuja welcomes applications from members of the public who are interested in gaining admission into the Department of Japanese Language and Culture Institute of the University of Abuja, JLCI for a certificate course in the Japanese Language.

The course is designed to help people who want to learn as lectures will be conducted in 20 weeks online, though the course may be extended to 80 weeks to reach the N4 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, JLPT.
At the end of the day candidate should be able to acquire Japanese language skills at the N5 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test in two terms of the first year and also at the N4 level of JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) in 2 years and 4 terms.
BUK to Close Hostel After Exam
For students of Bayero University Kano (BUK) who may be planning to stay back after the examionations, they had better have a re-think.

The Dean of Students Affairs, through a release, informed that the hostel would be closing on Friday, April 12, 2024, when all students are expected to vacate hostels along with their luggage.
No student is permitted to stay in the hotel after exams except those on Teaching Practice, Students Work Industrial Experience Scheme (SIWES), SWEP, and such students should come and register with Students Affairs.
FUTA Releases First Batch Admission List
This is to inform students who chose the Federal University of Technology Akure, FUTA, for their first degree that the university has released the first batch admission list:
The students are enjoined to check their names on the list or visit the university to know if their names are on the list.
