The University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) has approved the conduct of mop-up examinations for students who have failed one or more courses and have yet to graduate.
The management announced this in a statement to inform staff, students, and the general public of the examination guidelines.
To be eligible, candidates must pay a mop-up fee of N10,000 for each registered course and be up-to-date with their school fees.
The payment portal is open for those who owe fees. Both school fees and mop-up fees must be paid through the University’s Edu-portal.
The computer-based examinations will commence in two weeks across all campuses.
The management warned that students must adhere to the examination guidelines, failing which they will not be allowed to participate or enroll in the examinations.
However, the institution promised that the results of the mop-up examinations would be processed and released promptly.
