Unilag, Rensource Energy to Empower Young Female Engineers

The third to fifth year female Engineering students of the University of Lagos (Unilag) will soon be empowered and have their inclusion fostered in solar industry.

The initiative is the effort by the Faculty of Engineering, Unilag, in collaboration with Rensource Energy, aiming at providing mentorship and leadership training.

The programme will also include one week in-house boot camp, and opportunity to work with private and public entities.

The event which is scheduled to come up on Oct. 19, 2023 at Rahman Adisa Bello Auditorium in the institution, will also have ten 400 level female Engineering students interviewed for internship positions, out of which four will be selected.
