The University of Ilorin’s administration has commenced a series of orientation programs for incoming students, beginning on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
According to a program schedule released by Mr. Moses Opaleke, Deputy Registrar of Student Affairs, the inaugural event took place at the University Auditorium, followed by subsequent sessions on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at the University Multipurpose Hall.
The program will be concluded on Thursday, February 1, 2024, back at the University Auditorium.
Encouraging new students to attend all sessions punctually, Mr. Opaleke highlighted that each day’s activities will commence at 9:00 am.
These orientation programs serve as an essential introduction to university life, offering valuable information about campus resources, and policies, and fostering a sense of community among the incoming student body.
