As the UTME is getting closer by the day, candidates are advised to get themselves ready for the examination which will commence on April 19, 2024.
Getting ready involves many things. Apart from reading and practicing with UMTE past questions, candidates are also advised to be conversant with the processes and technicalities of the examination.

Interestingly these are some of the things you should keep abreast of before the examination:
Time
1st batch will commence by 7:00 am
2nd batch will commence by 9:00 am
3rd batch will commence by 12:00 pm
4th batch will commence by 3:00 pm
Each candidate will answer four(4) subjects*
Subjects
(1). English = 60 questions in 40 minutes.
(2). 2nd subject = 40 questions in 27 minutes
(3). 3rd Subject = 40 questions in 27 minutes
(4). 4th Subject = 40 questions in 26 minutes
A total of 180 questions in 2 hours.
10 questions will be from the JAMB recommended reading text.
Candidate should use an average of 40 seconds to answer each question.

Candidates should take note of these 8 Keyboard key features as there may not be availability of mouse to use on the exam day.
