The National Examinations Council (NECO) is warming up for the conduct of its 2024 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) as the timetable for the internal exam has been released.
NECO made this known in a post on its X platform @Neconigeria.
The timetable indicates that the all-important examination will commence on Wednesday, June 19, and end on Friday, July 26, 2024.
The Council advised candidates to adhere strictly to the time specified on the paper which differs from the time on the timetable.
It warned candidates not to bring electronic communication gadgets such as programmable calculators, mobile phones, iPads, tablets, smart wristwatches/glasses/pens, etc to the exam venues.
NECO instructed further that candidates who do not sit for practical (paper 1) will not have results in the subject.
Considering the physically challenged persons, the examination body directed that the blind and albinos should be allowed 30 extra minutes at the end of each subject.
