President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commiserated with the entire Fountain of Life Church over the passing away of the lead pastor of the church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya.
President Tinubu, in a statement through his media aide, Ajuri Ngelale also sent his condolences to the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, over the demise of the revered man of God.
He described Pastor Odukoya as a religious leader whose teaching and charitable works touched many. The president also appreciated his contributions to the development of the country.

It will be recalled Pastor Odukoya died in United States of America, on Monday 7th August, at the age of 67.
Pastor Taiwo Odukoya was the senior pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju, Lagos. The church which has become a network of ministry in Nigeria and abroad started in 1992.
Before going into full time ministry, Pastor Odukoya worked with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) for 12 years as a petroleum engineer.
