Students who are sitting for 2023 National Examinations Council (NECO) SSCE will complete their examination on December 20. It will be recalled that the 2023 NECO SSCE commenced on November 20 as over 74,000 students registered for the examination nationwide.
Recently, the Registrar/Chief Executive of NECO, Prof Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi who was on tour to monitor the examination at Government Science Secondary School Gombe, Gombe State said the council has put in place necessary measures to ensure seamless examination.
Wushishi disclosed that reports received from centres across the country indicated that the examination was going on smoothly.
A statement by the Acting Director, Information and Digital Communication of the examination body, said the registrar admonished candidates to shun examination malpractice, noting that various measures have been put in place to check the menace.
The National Examinations Council is an examination body in Nigeria that conducts the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination and the General Certificate in Education in June/July and November/December respectively.
