The Global Consulting Group (BCG), led by its Recruiting Director, Mr Tolu Aina, has said that the firm is offering unique fellowship and internship opportunities (Business Analyst Programme) to penultimate and final year students of Covenant University (CU).
Aina, who disclosed this offer, was at the African Leadership Development Centre of CU to hold a ‘Grow at BCG’ event which seeks to introduce a business analyst programme in Management Consulting to penultimate and final year students of the university.
The programme was powered by the University’s International Office and Linkages, having attendance students from different departments in the institution.
He said all eligible students must have strong academic standing and proven leadership and extracurricular activities.
Aina expressed that the Grow at BCG fellowship is a short-term programme designed to provide the institution’s penultimate students with a ‘light touch’ consulting experience.
He added that after the short-term programme, successful students will be presented for the interview for the Business analyst role with consulting knowledge.
Aina explained that the Business Analyst Programme is a year internship, providing fresh graduates with immediate consulting work experience, after which successful analysts will receive a full-time associate offer to join BCG Lagos.
He disclosed that registration for the programme will commence in April and close on May 6, 2024.
While highlighting why students should participate, he explained that the programme is structured across three stages.
Explaining BCG operations, Aina said the organization works closely with clients to embrace a transformational approach aimed at benefiting all stakeholders, empowering organizations to grow, build sustainable competitive advantage, and drive positive societal impact.
