GRE is a standardized test. It means Graduate Record Examination. GRE comprises multiple choice, computer-based, standardized examination. It is required for admission to graduate programmes and graduate business programmes (MBA) worldwide.
GRE is owned and administered by Educational Testing Service.

It comprises three sections which are Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning and Analytical Writing.
To excel in GRE exams you need to score at least 130-170 in Verbal Reasoning section and 130-170 in the Quantitative Reasoning section.
A candidate is scored on a scale of 0-6, with 0-5 increments in Analytical Writing section.
You can register for GRE anywhere in Nigeria.
Test locations are Abuja FCT, Lagos, Abeokuta and Owerri.
Exam dates: In Lagos, the exam date is April (Mondays – Fridays) 2024.
Examinations come up in Owerri on April 8, and May 7, 2024, it holds on April 20, and May 16 and 31, 2024 in Abeokuta.
