The Nigerian rapper and political activist, Folarin Falana, professionally known as Falz, has complained that he had gone through a lot of pain after undergoing knee surgery.
Falz made this known via his Instagram page when he wrote, “I have had it pretty tough these last couple of months. Pain. A lot of it. But I have also refused to stop pushing through the pain! I am really grateful for the love you all have showered me with. I truly am. It kept me going for real.”
While speaking further, the rapper noted it had been tough since the past couple of months, adding, “I’ve been very emotional in my quiet time. Decided to take the hurt & convert it to GBEDU. What’s better than one fire jam? I’ll tell you, TWO!!!”
Falz had intimated his fans earlier through his Instagram page on May 2, 2023, in London UK that he sustained knee injury, and had to fix it by undergoing surgery.
According to Falz, who started his music career in 2009, he had complete tear on his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) while playing football in the year 2022.
As an activist, he led several youths to protest against police brutality and alleged killing during #EndSARS protest on October 20, 2020, complaining that government had attempted to deny the allegation.
