Having arrived in Cape Verde’s capital, Praia, on Sunday morning, the Nigerian contingent wasted no time in getting down to business. Following a rigorous training session on the same day, the team is set for the official training at the Santiago-Estádio Nacional Cabo Verde, the designated match venue. This session is scheduled for 4 pm local time in Cape Verde (6 pm Nigeria time) on Monday.
The upcoming return leg match is slated to kick off at 4 pm Cape Verde time (6 pm Nigeria time) on Tuesday, officiated by Liberian referee Sylvina Welma Garnett.
