The Federal University Oye-Ekiti has beautified its campus with lights and other decorations as it ushered in students, staff and other stakeholders to Christmas festivity.
According to the Public Relations Officer of the University, Foluso Ogunmodede, the light-up and decorations of the University included the newly commissioned University Gardens.

The Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Abayomi Fashina, initiated the light-up activity to herald the Christmas season.
However, the light-up and decorations have turned the institution into a tourist centre for staff, students, families and people as they trouped to the institution to view the scene, taking pictures and recording videos of the beautiful campus.
Professor Fashina expressed his delight in heralding the 2023 Christmas season through the light-up programme, urging students and members of staff to imbibe the message and spirit of Christmas.
